pre-schooler messenger bag

I whipped this little bag up for a birthday party that we went to this weekend. It was the perfect size for a few coloring books and goodies!

I love that I can finally sew without a pattern, it's a lot of fun to be able to sit down, put on a movie and whip something up!

I also made these sweet little hair clips. Girls are a lot of fun to sew for, so easy! 

It's so much harder to sit down and sew up something cute for a boy over the age of 4. 

I made my 4 year old a backpack for preschool this year and I know it's the last year I will be able to do something like that for him... oh well, I still can make one for my little guy next year. ;)
