The Buttercup Bag for my 9 year old niece. I tried to make it very young, I added some pink piping to the bag and I really like how it looks!
The bag is pretty small, perfect for a tween!
This is a great pattern for an evening bag also. Just choose a darker more sophisticated print, I think it would even make a great oversized clutch...(I may try that this soon!)
This is a great FREE pattern. Simple to put together and the end result looks amazing. Rae never disappoints with her patterns! ( I am a HUGE fan of her Lickety Split Bag!)

I am going to make mug rugs for my ladies gift this year....have to start. I also want to make a monogrammed mug as shown on Design Mom (I think I said this to you already in another comment....sigh...over 40 moments...)
And you are sweet not to confer "Beast" on me!
Oh you did a great job! I bet she LOVES it.
I made buttercup bags last year for a lot of the women and girls on my list. They loved 'em!
Beautiful bag - I LOVE the fabric, and I'm sure your niece will love it too!
Thanks for linking up!
